NoteBrew is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how NoteBrew (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or usage data from your device.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
• We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app’s core features.

2. Local Data Storage

• All coffee logs, preferences, and app data are stored locally on your device using SQLite.
• Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it.
• We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost or damaged.

3. Waitlist and Newsletter

• If you join our waitlist or newsletter, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of sending you updates about NoteBrew.
• Your email is stored securely and is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by visiting the Unsubscribe page.
• When you unsubscribe, your email is marked as unsubscribed and you will not receive further communications.

4. Data Deletion and User Control

• You have full control over your data within the app. You can delete individual logs or all app data at any time.
• Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data from your device.
• If you wish to be removed from our waitlist or newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Security

• We use industry-standard security practices to protect your email address if you join our waitlist or newsletter.
• However, as with any digital service, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

• NoteBrew is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website.
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
